Our Story

Mosko was founded by Tyler Mosko and his wife, Brittany, on a frustration they kept hearing from homeowners: contractors who went quiet, prices that drifted, and corners cut where no one would look.
So they built the opposite. A company where the crew is held to a written standard, where you get a real person and a daily update instead of silence, and where the work is done the way we would do it for our own family. Quality materials, clean detailing, and structure you can trust for decades.
Today we build custom decks, covered patios, outbuildings, and roofing across the Triangle, and we hold every project, big or small, to that same standard.

Tyler Mosko
Tyler founded Mosko Construction Group with his wife, Brittany. With a decade in custom decks, covered patios, outbuildings, and roofing, he pairs quality craftsmanship with genuine care for every client. A father of two, he built Mosko on honest communication, professionalism, and doing the right thing, and he is on site keeping that standard on every build.

Client Coordinator
Brittany Mosko
Brittany co-founded Mosko Construction Group with her husband, Tyler, and runs the client side of every project. She manages the details that keep a build on track, your timeline, your selections, and your paperwork, so nothing slips between the estimate and the final walkthrough. A mother of two, she brings the same honest communication and care to the office that Tyler brings to the field.
Strategic Advisor
Tim Kinzie
Tim brings the technology and systems behind Mosko's modern backing. He is building the proprietary AI and enterprise software that runs every estimate, schedule, and daily update, and he partners with Tyler and Brittany on strategy, operations, and growth. His job is to make sure the way the company runs behind the scenes always matches the craft in the field, and to help guide the company as it continues to expand.
Chief Morale Officer
Dahlia
Dahlia is the newest, fluffiest, and by far the shortest member of the crew, and the only one who inspects every job site nose-first. As Chief Morale Officer, she keeps spirits high on the long days, supervises naps between meetings, and greets every visitor like they are her favorite person in the world. What she lacks in construction experience she more than makes up for in enthusiasm and belly rubs, proof that every good project goes a little better with a wagging tail on site.
