Overview

Mosko Construction Group LLC ("Mosko," "we," "us," or "our") is a North Carolina limited liability company. We operate the website at moskoconstruction.com (the "Site"), the private estimate and project links we send to clients, the pages used to sign work orders and agreements, and the operating system at os.moskoconstruction.com (the "OS") used by our authorized team members. Together these are the "Services." This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Services, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, clients, and team members located in the United States.

Timatsu LLC builds and operates the Site, the OS, and the systems behind them for us as our service provider, and it stores and processes information on our behalf as described in this policy.

Information You Provide

When you contact us or request an estimate, we collect the information you choose to submit. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, phone number, project location or address, project type, timeline, availability, and any details or messages you share about your project. If you email or call us directly, we receive the information in that communication. You do not have to provide this information, but we need it to respond to you and prepare an estimate.

The Site Assistant

The Site offers a chat assistant. Before you chat, it asks for your name and email address. Your messages are sent to third-party AI model providers so the assistant can answer you and write a short summary of your request for our team.

Once you have sent at least one message, the conversation, your name, and your email address are sent to our team automatically when you leave or switch away from the page, even if you do not press send. This triggers an email to our team and a confirmation email to you.

The assistant is not a secure channel. Please do not enter financial account numbers, government identifiers, health details, or passwords. For anything sensitive, contact us directly by phone or email.

Emails We Send

When you submit the contact form, the project request form, or a chat conversation, we email the details to our team and send a confirmation email to the address you gave us. Work order and agreement signing also generates emails, as described under Work Orders and Agreement Signing. These emails are delivered through a third-party email provider.

Where Your Inquiry Is Stored

Contact form messages, project requests, and chat conversations are stored in databases that Timatsu LLC operates for us. Chat conversations are also recorded in Timatsu LLC's central database. Timatsu LLC can access these records to deliver, support, and secure the Services. We do not delete inquiries automatically. We keep them as long as we need them and delete them when you ask.

Estimate and Project Links

When we prepare an estimate, we may publish it at a private link on the Site (moskoconstruction.com/estimate/...), and we may also send you a private project page link (moskoconstruction.com/dashboard/...). These pages open with the link alone, with no password. They show your name, address, phone number, email address, the scope of work, prices, and photos of your home or project.

Anyone who has the link can view the page, so please keep it private and do not forward it to people you do not want to see it. You can ask us to unpublish it at any time, and the page will stop working.

Photos shown on these pages are copied to a public storage bucket at unlisted web addresses. They stay at those addresses after a page is unpublished until we delete them. Ask us and we will delete them.

Work Orders and Agreement Signing

We may send a link to sign a work order or agreement (moskoconstruction.com/sign/...), together with a 4-digit access code. When you open and sign it, we record your name, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser details, and we keep a record of the signed document. The page sets a cookie that holds your access code for that link for 7 days so you do not have to enter it again. When both sides have signed, the signed PDF is emailed to the parties and kept in our records.

The OS for Team Members

The OS at os.moskoconstruction.com is used only by our authorized team members to run our projects. It holds project and client records such as contact details, job-site addresses, estimates, notes, documents, photos, schedules, payments, work orders, team and crew assignments, and equipment. When you are our client, subcontractor, or crew member, your information may be kept there.

Job-site and other addresses are sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim, a public geocoding service, to find their map location, and are shown on maps inside the OS.

Team members may record a spoken Morning Brief. The recording is sent to a speech-to-text provider (Deepgram) for transcription. The audio is not kept. The transcript is kept and organized by AI. Team members may also receive daily summary emails, sent through our email provider.

The OS includes an AI chat assistant and AI estimate drafting. These features send project and client information to third-party AI model providers to produce their answers and drafts.

Signing in to the OS sets a sign-in cookie that keeps the team member signed in.

AI Processing

We use third-party AI model providers, reached directly or through an AI routing service, for the Site assistant, inquiry summaries, the OS chat assistant, AI estimate drafting, and organizing Morning Brief transcripts. The information sent to them is limited to what each feature needs. We do not use your information for advertising.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting and security systems automatically collect limited technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, timestamps, and error logs. We use this information to operate the Site, fix problems, and prevent abuse.

To prevent abuse, we keep request counters tied to your IP address in Timatsu LLC's central database. They are deleted automatically within two days.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use only cookies and browser storage that the Services need to work: the sign-in cookie for team members, the access-code cookie on signing pages, and browser storage that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, and the Site does not show ads. The cookie notice on the Site is informational only. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare and discuss estimates, sign and perform agreements, schedule and carry out work, communicate with you about your project, run our business, secure the Services, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How We Share Information

We share your information only as needed to run our business: with Timatsu LLC, which builds and operates our systems; with service providers that process data on our behalf, including our hosting, database, email, AI model, speech-to-text, and map geocoding providers; with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners as needed to estimate or perform work you requested; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect the rights, safety, and property of our clients, the public, and Mosko Construction Group LLC; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

How We Store and Protect Information

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in managed systems with access controls. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We do not delete inquiries, estimates, project records, or signed documents automatically. We keep them as long as we need them for your project, our business records, and legal, accounting, tax, or dispute purposes, and we delete them when you ask unless we are required to keep them. Request counters are deleted automatically within two days. Morning Brief audio is not kept after transcription. Photos on estimate and project pages stay at their web addresses until we delete them.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to unpublish an estimate or project page, delete its photos, or stop sending you non-essential messages. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request, respond as required by law, and not discriminate against you for making it.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
