Our Services

Everything We Build, Built to Last.

Custom decks, covered patios, outbuildings, and roofing across the Triangle, NC, with honest pricing, the permits handled, and craftsmanship that holds up for decades.

The Mosko Approach

How Every Build Gets Done.

No matter the project, the standard is the same: an honest number, a real person to talk to, the permits pulled, and work built to last. Here is what that looks like on your job.

Honest Pricing

The price we quote is the price you pay. Every change is documented and approved in writing before we proceed, so the budget never moves without your sign-off.

How We Handle Pricing & Change Orders

Real Communication

A real person reaches out first. Daily updates and progress photos mean you always know exactly where your project stands, without chasing us down.

Our Communication Standard

Permits Handled

We pull the permits and coordinate inspections so the work is done to code, on the record, and right the first time. You never have to navigate the county alone.

Permits & Inspections, Explained

Built to Last

Quality materials and clean detailing, backed by our workmanship warranty in writing. If it is not built the way we would build it for our own family, it is not finished.

What Our Warranty Covers

What We Build

Four Core Builds, One Standard.

Every Mosko project, big or small, is held to the same standard: quality materials, clean detailing, and structure you can trust for decades. Here is what we build across the Triangle.

Outdoor Living

Custom Decks

More room to gather, relax, and entertain outside. We design and build custom decks with clean detailing and structure you can trust for decades, sized and shaped to fit how your family actually lives. From pressure-treated to composite and hardwood, the build is engineered to last.

  • Composite, hardwood & pressure-treated options
  • Integrated railings, lighting & built-in seating
  • Multi-level & wraparound layouts
  • Engineered footings, permitted & inspected

Outdoor Living

Covered Patios

A favorite room you can use in any weather: shaded in summer, dry in the rain, and finished overhead. We build covered patios and porches that extend your home outward, matched to its roofline and detailing so the addition looks like it was always there.

  • Covered, screened & three-season designs
  • Roofline & material matched to your home
  • Ceiling fans, lighting & finished interiors
  • Built to code, sealed tight against weather

Structures

Custom Outbuildings

Room to park, work, and store, in a detached garage, workshop, or storage building made to match your home. We handle the full build, from the pad and framing to siding and roofing, so you get a structure that is functional, durable, and finished to the same standard as the house.

  • Detached garages, workshops & storage
  • Siding & roofing matched to your home
  • Electrical & finishing coordinated
  • Permitted, inspected & built to code

Roofing

Roofing

Lasting protection overhead, sealed tight against the weather and backed by our workmanship warranty. From full replacements to storm and insurance work, we handle a thorough inspection, the paperwork, and a clean, careful install, then follow up to make sure it holds.

  • Full replacements & repairs
  • Storm damage & insurance claim support
  • Thorough inspection & documentation
  • Workmanship warranty, in writing

Screened Porch

A Screened Porch, and a Client for Life

Rolesville, NC

When this homeowner first called us, he had already been burned. His original contractor poured the footings, cashed the deposit, and then could not produce a permit, because he had never pulled one, so the customer fired him. By the time he reached us, his trust was gone, and honestly, it was understandable. We took it slow, did exactly what we said we would, and built him a screened porch that he, his wife, and their kids genuinely love. That was 2024. Today we are building his mother-in-law a sunroom and deck a few doors down. Earning that kind of trust back, and keeping it, is the whole job.

Screened Porch

A Deck Torn Down, a Porch and a Friendship Built

Garner, NC

It started with tearing down an aging deck and building this family a proper screened porch. They liked how we worked, so it kept going: an interior fireplace, a new kitchen backsplash, two replaced skylights, popcorn ceilings scraped clean, and a full repaint inside. One project at a time, these clients became friends. That is what tends to happen when you treat someone's home like your own.

Three-Season Room

A Three-Season Room on a New Slab

Holly Springs, NC

The backyard had a small concrete pad that never really got used. The family wanted a space they would actually enjoy, so we demoed the old pad, poured a larger one on proper footings, and built a three-season room wrapped in EasyBreeze windows. Now it is the room they reach for in spring, summer, and fall, open to the breeze when they want it and sealed against the weather when they don't.

Screened Porch

A Porch, Screened In

Hillsborough, NC

This homeowner had a porch, but wanted to truly live on it, bugs and weather aside. We demoed what was there, framed it back out, set new support posts and pickets, built the screens, and painted and stained every surface. What used to be a pass-through became a real room, the kind of spot you linger on long after dinner.

Front Porch

A Front Porch Twenty Years in the Making

Raleigh, NC

For more than twenty years, since the day they bought the house, these owners had pictured a real front porch. They were finally able to build it, and it may be the single biggest transformation we have ever done. We changed the entire face of the home, and the first time they saw it finished, it was exactly the house they had imagined for two decades. They absolutely love it.

Front Porch

Curb Appeal for the First House on the Street

Cary, NC

This one came by referral from a neighbor, which is how the best jobs tend to find us. As the very first house on the street, the owners wanted to stand out and set the tone for the whole neighborhood. The transformation came out even better than they pictured, and it gave the front of their home real presence and a sense of pride every time they pull in.

Pool House

Full Pool House Exterior

Holly Springs, NC

A good friend of ours framed this pool house, and we carried the exterior the rest of the way home: siding, windows, roofing shingles, soffit, fascia, gutters, and a full paint job. Piece by piece, a bare frame became a finished building that looks like it was always part of the property. It is the kind of collaboration, and the kind of finish, we are proud to put our name on.

Deck

A Bigger Deck, and a Kid-Proof Gate

Wake Forest, NC

This was for a longtime friend who loves nothing more than a house full of family. He has grown kids, and his grown kids have kids, so the grandkids run deep. He wanted room to host all of them at once, so we extended his deck and added a custom gate at the top of the stairs, built kid-proof so the little ones can play while the adults finally relax. Now the whole family fits, safely.

Deck

A Deck Engineered for What Comes Next

Fuquay-Varina, NC

These folks host constantly, and their old deck simply could not keep up. They wanted something bigger, safer, and genuinely built for a crowd. We delivered exactly that, and had it engineered so that when they are ready to add a screened porch or sunroom down the road, the structure is already sound enough to carry it. A deck for now, and for whatever they dream up next.

Fire Pit

The Fire Pit That Made Home the Fun House

Raleigh, NC

This fire pit was built for a close friend of Brittany's, with a simple and heartfelt goal. She wanted her home to be the place her kids actually wanted to be, so that instead of always asking to go out, they and their friends would gather in her own backyard. The fire pit did exactly that. Years later, it is still the spot they choose, and that was the whole point.

Stone Border

Heritage Block Borders, Matched to the Home

Fuquay-Varina, NC

The owners loved their home but wanted the front yard to finally live up to it. We tracked down heritage garden blocks and caps that closely matched the house, then set them cleanly around the beds and the trees. It is a smaller project with an outsized effect, the kind of finishing touch that makes a whole yard look intentional and cared for.
