Who Handles the Permits and Inspections? We Do.

Mosko pulls every required permit and coordinates the inspections, so you are never the one chasing the county.

Permits and inspections are the part of a project nobody dreams about and everybody underestimates. Which permits a deck or an outbuilding needs, how to file them, when to call for an inspection, what the inspector will look for. It is its own small body of knowledge, and getting it wrong can stall a project for weeks or leave you with work that has to be redone. The good news is that this is our job, not yours.

You should be picking finishes and planning the cookout, not sitting on hold with the permitting office.

We Pull The Permits

We handle the permits your project requires, start to finish. We know what each type of build calls for, we prepare the paperwork, and we file it. Permitting is not red tape for its own sake. It exists so the work meets code and so your improvement is documented and recognized, which matters down the road when you sell or insure your home. We make sure it is done right and done in your name, the way it should be.

We Coordinate The Inspections

Inspections happen at the right points in the build, and we schedule and meet them so you do not have to. We know the sequence, we know what each inspection covers, and we make sure the work is ready before the inspector arrives. When a project is built to code by people who plan for the inspection from the start, the inspection becomes a confirmation of good work rather than a hurdle.

Why This Matters For You

Handling permits and inspections ourselves does two things. It keeps your project moving, because the filings and the build are coordinated by the same team. And it protects you, because permitted, inspected work is work you can stand behind for as long as you own the home. You get the result without ever having to learn the county process or chase a signature across an office.

A permit pulled and an inspection passed is not paperwork. It is proof the work was done right.

The county process should be our problem, not yours. We pull the permits, we coordinate the inspections, and you get a finished project that is documented, code-compliant, and entirely above board.
