It depends on scope, but most covered decks run two to three weeks from permit approval, weather permitting. We give you a realistic schedule before we start and keep you posted at every milestone.

We build throughout the Triangle, NC and surrounding communities. If you are just outside the area, reach out and we will let you know right away.

A deposit reserves your spot on the schedule, a progress payment is due at framing, and the balance is paid at the final walkthrough once you are completely satisfied.

No problem. Any change to the scope is documented as a written change order and approved by you before we proceed, so the price never moves without your sign-off.

Yes. Every structural build is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we are fully licensed and insured.
